Derek Wibbler wants to borrow a book from the library, but he doesnt want to fill in a library card (because of the government and stuff). Having flown into a rage Mr Wibbler assembles a team of misfits to storm the library and take back control This darkly comic play from acclaimed writers Richard Melchior and Greg Powles pokes fun at populism, conspiracy and the dangers of stupid people in big groups.
