Comics Assemble! English Stand up at Oscars Snakkbar

As a cold, raining autumn descends upon Bergen, five comics combine their powers to fight off the growing menace of seasonal affective disorder. Maybe the cure to malaise is a delicious drink and a good joke. Don't miss it!

Paudy Kenny is our fearless leader, who uses his cuddliness and Irish accent to delight audiences in two countries. He made his start in the Dublin scene before being kidnapped by vikings and forced to perform here for the rest of his life.

Joining him is Pål Rønelv, one of Bergen's top Norwegian comics, making a rare appearance in English. His beard is filled with comic wonders and his stories always delight.

We have a special guest all the way from Berlin's bustling comedy scene: Prakhar Godara. HIs mix of quirky observations and philosophy was a big hit on his last visit, don't miss him this time!

Also with us is the incredible rising star Ole Fotland. Though young, he's already made a splash, performing all over Norway and winning the Latterkongen comedy contest as featured on Ylvis.

Finally, we have A-Ron! (Aaron Troye-White). He's the host of English Comedy Club, Bergen's popular English open mic night. After conquering Budapest's standup scene, he moved here where he's quickly established himself as one of the city's top comedians in both English and Norwegian. He was the runner-up of Ylvis's Latterkongen competition.
