World of Twist is excited to announce and welcome special guest, Moving Still @moving0still to Glasgow, for his Scottish debut at our next vinyl dance party on Saturday, 25th May, at The Rum Shack, Southside, Glasgow.

Known for transforming old SWANA gems into high-energy, feel-good edits with plenty of punch, Moving Still’s blend of Arabic psychedelia into disco-not-disco and Italo-synth is not to be missed.

Jeddah born, Moving Still’s journey blends his Saudi and Irish heritage, forging imaginative connections between cultures and exploring new corners of universal club culture, as heard on his essential ‘Nooriyah’s Middle of Nowhere’ Boiler Room set and ‘Sabah Il Noor’ radio show.

We’ve been big fans of Moving Still’s original EPs and edits for labels like Cook with Palms Trax, Dar Disku and Jive Hire, and taking the festival circuit by storm featuring in sets by Palms Trax, Hunee, Nabihah Iqbal, and Esa Williams.

Your local southside residents @jamokidd @howbizarrerugs will be digging deep into the crate of SWANA Grooves, and Bollywood Disco to warm things up.
