Wokingham Choral Society Presents "A Song For Summer"

At Wokingham Choral Society we are looking forward to sharing our joyful Summer Concert with you. This will be a harmonious mix of favourite Folk Songs, Part songs and Madrigals, all performed with a tuneful choral flavour, under the professional baton of George de Voil and accompanied by the very talented Ben Giddens. There will also be some delightful choral pieces by Elgar and a set of traditional songs, skilfully arranged for choirs by John Rutter. As an added treat we also have some well-loved violin pieces to enjoy, played by professional violinists Henry chandler & Jacob Reina-Caro. Our venue will be the beautiful refurbished All Saints Church in Wokingham town centre, where the acoustic is magical and the seating is comfortable. PARKING As you enter Peach Street you can take the 2nd turning on the left (Easthampstead Road) to find a large car park a short way down on your left. Parking here costs £1 for the whole evening after 6pm. From there it's a short walk, crossing Peach Street, to find your way to All Saints Church.
