Join Gillian Watt and discover wellbeing and mindfulness in nature. The workshop incorporates ‘The 16 Guidelines for Life’, a set of universal human values that have stood the test of time since their creation more than one thousand years ago in ancient Tibet. These guidelines offer a simple framework to explore and develop emotional resilience and transformative change.
Experience the tranquility of mindfulness in nature and learn how to apply the guidelines in daily life.
The workshop offers a supportive setting to explore this at a beginner’s level – no previous experience necessary. The workshop will take place in the Barn’s outdoor spaces, please wear appropriate clothing. Gillian Watt is an accredited facilitator for 16 Guidelines, in addition to being a wellbeing facilitator, working as AndBreathe123. Gillian’s depth and breadth of practice includes EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Tapping, Reiki, Mindfulness, EMMETT and is an accredited 16 Guidelines facilitator.
