Join a small group guided tour to unpick part of the history of the house, it's collection and people who have lived there. Pick the tour that appeals most or try them both...

Sunday - Turning back time - this tour looks backs in history to uncover several past owners and their impact on the society they lived in. Home to astronomers and politicians, generals and gentry, there are a surprising number of fascinating stories to unpick.

Monday - By appointment - this tour focusses on Frank Green, the man who created the house and collection we see today, before gifting it in its entirety to the National Trust. He designed Treasurer’s House to showcase his collection of furniture, clocks and art, creating his vision of an ancestral family home in the heart of this historic city.

Find out more about Treasurer's House and pre-book via the website as spaces are limited (tickets will be on sale early April). To reserve your space for the festival offer, book the required number for the right dates and time as though you are a National Trust member, when it asks for your membership number enter YORKRESFEST24. Bring your proof of address on the day for the team at the till.

There are a small number of spaces available for each tour on the day, but arrive early as these are booked on a first come, first served basis.
