Vacant Weekend Project: Debut Single Launch

Creation without fear of being mocked. Vacant Weekend Project is the creative outlet of three friends who all share a love of dry 70s funk, 00s indie-rock and milk chews. It’s hard to place Vacant Weekend Project into a single genre but their sound oversees the coming-together of dry, clean and funky syncopation, attentive harmonic choices and gritty adolescent themes - Performed by losers with excellent musicianship. Their upcoming single “All Over’ captures the band’s energy iconically and the tune never fails to get a response from audiences - a fact they witnessed while playing the Bar stage at Solfest 2021 and something they look forward to when they play the House Party stage at Kendal Calling and the Bar stage at Solfest once again.
