Please book with your school email. A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice is required, however, we advise booking as early as possible in order to ensure you get your preferred session, timeslot and date. (We do not accept bookings from third party providers.)

Once booked, you will receive an automated email to confirm that we have received your booking. This email will include the document, 'V&A Virtual Classroom – Essential Information' with a Microsoft Form. Please ensure that you read and complete the Microsoft Form with essential information we require about your class at least 2 weeks before the date of your session.

You will then be contacted by a member of the Schools & Colleges Team with your Zoom link to join the session, list of materials to prep in advance of the session and any supporting information.

If you have any queries about booking your session, please get in touch via schools@vam.ac.uk . For any issues processing payment, please call Contact Centre Team on 020 7942 2000

Useful Info: The session is exclusively for your class. We can accommodate only one class for each session. The minimum number of students per session is 10. The maximum number for Primary is 32 students.

V&A Virtual Classroom sessions are only open to UK schools. International schools can sign up to our e-newsletter for more information on upcoming programmes. Regrettably we will have to cancel any sessions that have been booked by non-UK schools and the sessions will be made available online for other schools to book.

As we have a limited number of sessions and would like to give as many schools as possible an opportunity to engage in our virtual programme, we request that you book a maximum of two sessions per term for Primary or Secondary. Regrettably, any sessions booked above the maximum number will have to be cancelled and the sessions will be made available online for other schools to book.

Sessions cancelled within two weeks of the session date are non-refundable.
