Two Gourmet Comedies - Between Mouthfuls by Alan Ayckbourn & Peas by David Tristram

An evening of entertainment comprising two one act comedies. The first, Alan Ayckbourn’s ‘Between Mouthfuls’, follows two couples dining in a rather smart restaurant. The plan to enjoy a pleasant evening takes a different turn, despite the waiter’s attempts to ensure that normal service is maintained. The second of our duo is David Tristram’s ‘Peas’, in which singles Gerry and Daisy are on a blind date at a local pub having been brought together by a new dating agency, although it remains to be seen whether the dating agency has its algorithms set up correctly.
