While on a cruise, parents Peter and Debbie make a holiday-friend of Elsa, an outspoken widow from Denver, USA. They agree to stay in touch because it would be rude not to, and no one follows it up, do they? A few months later, when Elsa invites herself to come and stay with the family, they realise they know nothing about this lady, so they look her up online. That is when they discover that the whole family might be in mortal danger! But how can they uninvite Elsa without appearing impolite? This hilarious modern comedy of manners was first performed in Chichester in 2022 before enjoying a successful West End run. Steven Moffat is known for writing such hits as Sherlock, Doctor Who and Douglas Is Cancelled.
The wheelchair-accessible seats can be booked as standard seats when all others are sold. The Saturday performance is a matinee.
