Leeds-based four piece The Loose Cut have been going from strength to strength since their emergence onto the local music scene in 2018. With an infectious energy - both on and off stage

• the band are a powerhouse to be reckoned with, especially with the heavier sound of singles ‘Come Around’ and ‘Hypnosis’, and in two short years they have built up a reputation for incendiary live performances that leave audiences baying for more . Lead singer George Fayle’s vocals captivate audiences, demanding attention, layered over a velvety yet often grittier sound. Emerging from their triumphant sets at Reading & Leeds Festival in 2019 on the BBC Introducing Stage, their last single ‘ Demons ’ created such social media activity that it found itself included on Spotify’s “Hot New Bands” Playlist. The prestigious festival slots were followed up by a UK tour including a sold-out hometown show at Oporto in Leeds.
