Details

One of the world's largest community arts projects, the Great Tapestry of Scotland is now on permanent display in a purpose built visitor centre in Galashiels, the heartland of the Scottish Borders. The new national visitor attraction is where Scotland's story begins. In addition to the the Tapestry, the new centre houses a cafe, a shop, a gallery for visiting exhibits and a workshop space.
