Sunday Special - The Bookshop Band

Step into the enchanting world of The Bookshop Band at Tetbury Goods Shed, where the songs unfold like chapters in a grand literary saga. Formed as a collaboration between award winning bookshop, Mr B's Emporium of Reading Delights, and Ivor Novello nominated composers, Beth Porter and Ben Please, write songs inspired by the books of the visiting authors. The band are about to re-emerge in full force, and there is a buzz surrounding the anticipated release of their first album in seven years, produced by none other than Pete Townshend (The Who), and featuring songs inspired by authors Margaret Atwood, Robert Macfarlane and Philip Pullman.

Join them on Sunday 19th May for a special pre-release concert, and the chance to see them before everybody else does.
