The 39 Steps

Patrick Barlow’s stage adaptation of John Buchan’s The 39 Steps is a rip-roaring, rollicking good fun, fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theatre.

This play has it all, a juicy spy plot, a bundle of laughs, over 150 crazy characters played by just four, yes four, actors, handcuffs, madcap pace and some good old-fashioned romance all under the umbrella of theatre wonderfulness (is that a word we ask ourselves?)
