Taste Tibet cookery demo

Husband and wife team Julie and Yeshi run the Taste Tibet restaurant and food stall in Oxford, which is a runner-up in both the BBC and Observer Food Awards. They have featured on C4’s Sunday Brunch and BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen. Their award-winning cookbook, Taste Tibet, is a collection of over 80 recipes from the Tibetan Plateau, including their legendary curries, soups and stews, and momo dumplings – Tibet’s most famous culinary export.
