Tales of the Oak

Storyteller and author Paul Bristow shares his story map with us, and wanders through the folklore and urban legends of his hometown, searching for a different way to tell stories about Inverclyde. Tales of bogles, pirates, monsters and mermaids are reinterpreted and retold by voices from across the community, with accompanying comic art illustrations. Presented as part of Scottish International Storytelling Festival in association with the Beacon Arts Centre.
