Summer holidays at Allan Bank

Games on the lawn - This summer the holidays are all about playing at Allan Bank and we have loads of kit and ideas for you to get stuck in to. Find out who’s got the best aim at the coconut shy, the best balance in a sack race or the best coordination in an egg and spoon race. There’s also deckchairs and picnic blankets to borrow for a rest between races.

Pollinator trail - Have a buzz on our brand new trail at Allan Bank. Explore the grounds and find out all about pollinators as you go. What is a pollinator? What do they do and how can we help them? Trail sheets, available from the welcome point, are £2 each and include a pencil and chocolate treat.

Arts and craft - Head indoors to the art room to make your own suncatcher using recycled materials or have a go at making a flower using your hands. The art room offers loads of inspiration but if the weather’s good, why not pick up an easel and take it out onto the lawn to capture the views in paint or pencil.
