Scottish comedy OG Bruce Morton returns to Dundee, with host John Gavin and support from Graham Barrie and Pierce Higgins.

Bruce Morton is an award winning comedian, actor and writer Bruce Morton. A founding member of The Funny Farm Collective, he helped kick-start the Scottish stand-up scene, and since then he’s been one of its keystone performers. Perhaps best known for playing the undertaker I.D. Sheathing in hit show Still Game, you will also have seen Bruce in Rab C Nesbitt, Catholics & Sex, The Late Show and Paramount City to name a few. He has won the Sunday Times Comedy Award, Scotland on Sunday Critics Award and the Spirit of Mayfest Award, as well as being nominated for the Perrier Award.

Your host for the night is award-winning comedian John Gavin. John is a veteran comedian, a winner of Scottish Comedian of the Year, and has starred on BBC Scotland’s hit comedy Scot Squad.

Opening the night will be Graham Barrie. A veteran performer at some of Scotland’s biggest clubs, he has featured on BBC Radio and STV, and opened for big names such as Romesh Ranganathan and Mark Steel.

Our middle act for the night is Pierce Higgins, the exciting rising star who Gary Faulds chose as his opening act.
