Tammy came to prominence in the late Sixties with a number of huge hits “Apartment No 9”, “Your Good Girls Gonna Go Bad”, “D.I.V.O.R.C.E” and her World wide No 1 hit “Stand By Your Man”, which today is still the biggest selling single in Country Music History.

Tammy was awarded two Grammy Awards and was inducted in to the Country Music Hall Of Fame.
