Spoon Carving

We are pleased to welcome back woodworker & designer Louise Forbes for her popular one day spoon carving workshops. On the course you will learn all of the skills you need to hand carve a beautiful wooden spoon using kiln dried hardwood. Louise will talk you through the process stage by stage, and demonstrate all of the techniques you will need. All of the tools and materials will be provided, you just need to bring an open mind and we guarantee you will leave with a gorgeous hand carved spoon and a smile! Louise is a designer, maker, woodworker, exhibition installer and co-owner of Tayberry Gallery in Perth. She teaches spoon carving workshops all over Scotland.
