Southend Jazz Showcase

Our annual celebration of Jazz musicians from across the City of Southend-on-Sea is back!

Zak Barrett, one of Southend's most in-demand musicians, leads our all-star house band as we are joined by a range of local musicians throughout the evening.

Musicians and vocalists of all ages and experience levels will be showcasing their skills at this wonderful, celebratory event and you are more than welcome to get involved!

This venue is seating and standing. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.

The 2024 Southend Jazz Festival is supported by Southend City Council’s “Community Investment Board”. Thanks to this funding, we are able to offer heavily discounted and, in some cases, free tickets.

Tickets are just £1 for Under 25s and musicians wishing to join in with the Showcase can join us absolutely free of charge. If you are in receipt of Universal Credit, you can also email us, in confidence, at SouthendJazzFestival@gmail.com to request a free ticket.
