Sarah Manzano, qualified Reiki and sound healing practitioner and founder of Libra Lounge is bringing holistic wellness to The Lodge for a Sound Bath workshop on Sunday 28th April.

Sarah will take you through an introduction to a Sound Bath session, soundscape, grounding meditation and end the workshop with journal prompts and a group discussion. The perfect way to end your Sunday and feel restored, body and mind for the week ahead.
