Song Loft Presents Claire Hastings & Jenn Butterworth

Claire Hastings is a Scottish folksinger, songwriter based in Glasgow. In 2015 she earned the prestigious title of BBC Radio Scotland's Young Traditional Musician of the Year, and has since made a name for herself on the folk scene with her 'natural, effortless Scots voice (FRUK). Claire has toured successfully in the UK, Europe and New Zealand as a solo artist and with Jenn Butterworth who is an acoustic folk guitarist and singer also based in Glasgow. Jenn was awarded the title "Musician of the Year" at the 2019 Scots Trad Music Awards, and was nominated for the same title at the 2019 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards.
