Journey to the stars and back exploring the great expanse above our heads with the upper voices of Serenata singing in glorious harmony. With music from American, Canadian, Norwegian, Singaporean and British living composers the programme includes Ad Astra, Light, Measure me Sky, Sure on this Shining Night along with modern classics Fly me to the Moon and Here comes the Sun. This is an exhilarating and adventurous programme in Holy Trinity Church, Balsham, Cambridgeshire on Sunday 14th July at 7.30pm.

Serenata female voices are a choir of 25 experienced singers from across the east of England who perform music arranged for three or more female voice parts; the choir is directed by Andrew Foxley and accompanied by Bethany Kirby. Serenata’s music includes a wide variety of pieces and genres drawn from the 12th century up to the present day.
