Shirley's Big Green Carnival

Come along to Shirley’s Big Green Carnival

The Carnival is designed to be a memorial to Wayne Howard and to celebrate the eco-friendliness of the local community.

This will be a walking carnival, with participants showing their take on how to save our planet. There will be no lorries, however, there is scope for wheelchairs, scooters, bicycles, etc. There will be stalls displaying eco-friendly and eco-educational products. Live Music, Alpacas, Marching Band, Eco Inspired Fancy Dress, Food Stalls, Greyhound Rescue, Circus Skills and much, much more.

We aim for approx. 200 people to take part in the procession, with lots more of the local community lining the route, celebrating and enjoying the parade. If successful, we will make this an annual event, with more numbers taking part.
