Join Westcliff Boys to experience beautiful verse and terrible deeds in Shakespeare's first History Play, where the tragedy of King Richard II unfolds. Opening the play at his powerful height, Richard gradually reveals the character flaws and failures of leadership that culminate in his ultimate fall from grace, as Henry Bolingbroke steadily rises to become the new King Henry IV.
