Senior Youth Group double bill

The Senior Youth Group are performing two shows this summer.

The wonderful play Two by Jim Cartright that explores an evening in a northern pub in the 1980s. We meet a variety of characters that frequent that one night as well as the bickering landlord and landlady. This short play has humour and pathos and is a wonderful observation of human behaviour.

The evening also presents Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. The well-known story of the star stuck lovers is shown in an updated abridged version showing the perilous journey of the two youngsters.
