Second Hand Dance: The Sticky Dance

Second Hand Dance is excited to present its new show The Sticky Dance created by Rosie Heafford & Takeshi Matsumoto, designed by Alison Brown (Scottish Dance Theatre, Barrowland Ballet), and a soundscape by Dinah Mullen (Rachel Mars Forge, Kate Cross/Tim Bell Squirrel).

The Sticky Dance is a performance with three dancers, immersed in a world in which the child makes the choices. Using colourful structures, vibro technology and sticky tape, audiences are invited to explore freely. How will they watch, how will they move, how will they play, in a space where the choice is theirs? Our 3 performers dance through the audience, sparking connections and turning the rules upside down.
