Seaton Hospice at Home and Gateway Theatre Fundraiser. A celebration of life

Details

People who join the Gateway Theatre volunteers’ team become part of a big theatre family, looking out for each other, and forging friendships. It’s what makes being a Gateway volunteer so special and unique.

When Steve Morris joined up in a post-COVID world, he soon became part of the Gateway scene welcoming everyone with a cheeky smile and bonhomie. After many years of beating cancer, sadly Steve passed away in April. In his final days, he was looked after by the Seaton Hospice at Home team.

In celebration of Steve’s life, we are having a combined fundraising event to raise money for the Seaton Hospice at Home and the Gateway Theatre. It is free entry, but ticketed so we can gauge numbers.

You can make a donation on line when confirming your ticket, or you can donate on the night (there will be collection points for both charities).

There will be an opportunity to share your memories, and Simple Chaos will be performing on stage. The bar will be open so you can raise your glass to Steve or other loved ones.

This is going to be a joint fundraiser in memory of Steve, raising money for both the Seaton Hospice at Home and the Gateway Theatre.
