Brixham Rotary Club is proud to present : 7th Annual Charity Concert

Local Musicians Local Theatre For Benefit of the Local Community

This performance contains a variety of music to suit all ages and tastes including : Military March - Music from Films & Shows - Beatles & Folk Brixham Town Band has been entertaining the people of Brixham since 1927 with a wide repertoire in various locations throughout the year. They can be heard weekly on the Quayside in Summer, at various events throughout Torbay and at Christmas Carol Services and Concerts. Members meet weekly to rehearse and play for fun as well as encouraging beginners with a training band. Tonight’s programme includes music “From around the World “

Music at the Edge offers free weekly group-led music workshops. These include a large Community Band, A Drum Circle for beginner and intermediate players and an Under 25’s Rock Band. Each week nearly 50 participants of all ages and abilities come together to develop their skills and share their love of music. Each workshop will contribute items to this show.

Tapeshow is a group, inspired by Music at the Edge, who will take a guest spot. They mainly perform original material written in response to the people they meet and the places where they walk, hike, swim and play.
