Romeo and Juliet

Roughcast's popular summer Shakespeare tour is back. Rollo Bacon (Journeys End) and Scarlett Fisher (Eliza in last years Pygmalion) play Shakespeare's "star crossed lovers" in Roughcast's first ever production of Romeo and Juliet. Directed by Mark Burridge (Journeys End, A Midsummers Nights Dream, Top Girls)and featuring original music by William Drew- Batty, Roughcast's fast moving and dramatic production captures the romance and drama, as well as the humour of one of Shakespeare's best loved plays. This will be an outdoors performance so grab your rug/garden chair and picnic basket to soak up the atmosphere in our stunning gardens.
