RockFit – Rock-fest!

Kicking off festival season with a bang!

RockFit is an exercise class set to a full rock and metal playlist, with a range of movements from strengthening to cardio to dance.

All tracks in this special ninety minute session are by bands playing this years biggest festivals. Think Download, Bloodstock, maybe even Leeds!

Getting you all warmed up for summer, leaving with a smile on your face and no hangover!

Rockfit classes are suitable for all fitness levels, all abilities and all music tastes.

Remember to wear comfortable, supportive footwear (no need for wellies here!), clothing you can move freely in, and water to keep hydrated.
