Riddell Fiddles @ Melrose Corn Exchange

Riddell Fiddles is a local community group (now in it's 22nd year) which follows their own particular brand of musical mayhem with workshops and classes in Selkirk.The group are delighted to be performing at the Corn Exchange in Melrose to the local audiences who have so supported the group over the years. Winners of the Trad Music Awards of Scotland's 'Community Project of the Year' in 2021 the group works with young and not so young players. Tours have included Barbados, Cape Breton in Canada (twice), Bavaria (most recently in July 2024) not to mention many performances all over the Scottish borders and at the Edinburgh fringe (2023) New Orkney Band Stravaig will also be part of this concert and we are delighted to welcome former Riddell Fiddler Emily Jones amongst them.
