Post-punk band Radiator filter the realities of living in 21st century Britain through urgent, raw music.

The five-piece bring to mind Joy Division at their most frantic, The Ramones at their most combustible, and The Smiths at their most direct.

The group have sold out shows in London and picked up support from BBC 6 Music DJ Steve Lamacq.

Having signed to No Distance Records earlier this year, the group's debut EP is slated for release in the autumn.

Solitude Sometimes Is melts poetic pretensions with punk-folk vibes to tackle that nagging question: is modern life rubbish?

His debut album 'Float' was recorded with Elbow drummer Alex Reeves, and balances anthemic, Pyramid Stage-sized tunes with wistful, last-orders-at-the-bar odes to all that has got away.
