Rachel Tucker – I’m Home

Rachel Tucker is best known for playing Elphaba in over 1,000 performances of Wicked, both on the West End and Broadway.

Rachel is a Laurence Olivier award nominated actress. From September 2023 to January 2024, Rachel appeared as the alternative Norma Desmond to Nicole Scherzinger in Jamie Lloyd’s award-winning production of Sunset Boulevard, to critical acclaim.

In late 2008 Rachel’s West End debut came as Meat in We Will Rock You. Rachel has led Wicked in London for over two years, making her the UK’s longest-running Elphaba and also on Broadway in 2015 before returning to the West End Wicked stage in 2017 in the production’s 10th anniversary cast.

Rachel’s first album for Westway Music entitled ‘…you’re already home’ was released in October 2023 and is stunning contemporary album with undertones of americana fused with Irish Celtic folk and of course musical theatre.
