Proof

Catherine is a gifted but troubled young woman who has sacrificed her own academic dreams to care for her ailing father, Robert - a brilliant mathematician suffering from dementia. After Robert passes away, her sister Claire arrives from New York City to settle family affairs which becomes complicated when Hal, a former student of Robert’s, discovers an old notebook that brings to light a buried family secret.
