Details

Few people have had as great an influence on the British music scene as Paul Weller. As frontman of The Jam, Weller spearheaded the Mod revival in the late '70s and early '80s, scoring a string of hits, including Going Underground and A Town Called Malice.
He had further success with the blue-eyed soul music of the Style Council in the mid to late ‘80s, before establishing himself as a solo artist. Paul Weller’s 15th solo album, On Sunset, was released in July 2020 and debuted atop the UK chart, giving Weller UK number-one albums spanning five consecutive decades. Weller’s 16th solo album, Fat Pop (Volume 1), was released to critical acclaim on 14 May 2021 and entered the charts at number-one.
Richard Hawley has been added to the lineup for Paul Weller’s three huge outdoor shows for summer 2022. The highly respected songwriter started out as a member of Britpop favourites The Longpigs before becoming Pulp’s guitarist. He has since gone on to forge an impressive and diverse solo career over two decades.
With eight studio albums to his name, two Mercury Music Prize nominations and a BRIT Award nomination for Best British Male, Richard Hawley is widely recognized as one of the UK’s foremost songwriters. His list of collaborators includes such eminent names as Arctic Monkeys, Manic Street Preachers, Elbow and Paul Weller. Signed to respected labels such as Mute Records and Parlophone, Richard’s albums have been both critically acclaimed and commercially successful. Four of his albums reached the UK top 10, including his most recent release, 2019’s ‘Further’ which reached no.3 in the UK album charts, underlining the popularity and enduring appeal of this talented artist. As a live performer, Richard has supported R.E.M, Nancy Sinatra and even performed with Elbow at Glastonbury. He has written multiple film scores, created an award-winning musical, produced the Sheffield band Hoggsboy and worked as a session musician for the likes of Jarvis Cocker, All Saints and Hank Marvin. He is a unique British talent. Child Policy: Children aged five and over, should purchase a General Admission ticket. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
