This Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong Relaxation class is a unique opportunity to start learning Tai Chi and Qigong from the start of the sequence. Tai Chi and Qigong are traditionally done outside….so this is a perfect time to start learning:-) During these classes we will take a look at some of the basics of Tai Chi, learn some simple Qigong exercises and learn the opening moves of the Tai Chi form (sequence). Tai Chi is a form of mindful movement which resembles a slow classical dance and is ideal for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind while gently exercising the body.

PS: You won't need to bring a mat or anything with you, as Tai Chi is all done standing. The best type of clothing to wear is anything loose and comfortable which allows good flexibility of movement and flat shoes or trainers.
Please Note: If the weather's not suitable/a bit dodgy on the day… you will be emailed by 8am on the day to confirm whether or not the class will go ahead. You will have the option of either a refund or a place in the class on a future Wednesday if the class needs to be cancelled.
