Human beings are a part of nature. We have a deep and important need to connect with the natural world – with trees, birds, and rivers. Yet, it can be easy to neglect how much we need this connection. Join eco-therapist Stephen McCabe for 1.5 hours of eco-therapy, connecting with the beautiful nature of Castle Kennedy Gardens for our wellbeing. During the session, we will explore and share our favourite things about nature. We will pay close attention to our natural surroundings, and take some time to simply relax and remember that nature is always here for us.

“My work connects people with nature for their mental health and wellbeing through mindfulness, creativity, storytelling, and relaxed ecotherapy walks. I am currently working with individuals and groups. My approach is creative and I enjoy tailoring nature therapy activities to the community/setting that I am working in. I look forward to connecting with the natural surroundings at Castle Kennedy Gardens”.
