Mao Mao Sound Presents Oranj Son

Fresh from the release of their debut album, Prison and Palace and Reverberation, Oranj Son will be performing at the Kazimier Stockroom.

Oranj Son are a 5-piece band from Ellesmere Port, influenced by artists such as the Talking Heads, Lou Reed, The Jesus & Mary Chain, George Michael, & Can. Having formed in 2015, they consist of Kieran Linford (vocalist and lead guitar), Matthew Linford (keyboards), Harry Parr (bass), Lew Yii (drums) & Laura Appel (Vocals).

They’ve released a string of singles which have gained national airplay featuring on BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio Merseyside. They have recently released their debut album, Prison and Palace and Reverberation, via Mao Mao Records in June 2022.
