Live & Local: Navaro

Uniquely talented performers in their own right, collectively Beth Perman, Steve Austin and Pete White are local trio Navaro. They headlined the first-ever Live & Local back in 2019 and are back with their beautiful harmonies and evocative songs – many drawing their inspiration from the sounds and resonances of the natural world.

With three albums to their name, their latest is ‘Songs From The Darkwood’, released in April 2024, So the Henderson Hub will be among the first venues to hear the band’s latest offering to the world.

The album was recorded in the darker months on a boat in winter, with the sessions lit by candles dancing in the shadows. This ambience pervades the songs, contributed by all three band members. Come and immerse yourself in a wondrous soundscape.

Navaro’s appearance has been timed to fall within the annual Abbots Langley Festival and will feature support performances from Tim Brooks, Matt Davis and another local trio, Tryggers Broome.
