An opportunity to explore aspects of LIGHT through fun music making and sound activities. Singers, players, whistlers and players - all welcome.

10am to 11.30am What does Light sound like? Fun music making and performance exercises. Suitable for all adults and children aged 9+ who are curious.

Midday to 2pm Meanings of LIGHT Adapting, learning and trying out pieces that composers have written in response to the theme. Suitable for adults who are up for musical adventure.

MOST IMPORTANTLY Please bring an instrument with you if you have one. Please do bring your own refreshments and a dollop of curiosity.

LIGHT is a collaboration between Fat Lady Opera, MASC Charity, Shepway Choirs, Folkestone Community Players and Strange Cargo. The project is funded by ACE Lottery funding and Folkestone Town Council.
