You will be hands on with your food preparation, this is not a cooking demonstration! So be ready to get to grips with the tools of our trade.

We'll cover a range of small dishes in this class, designed to complement eachother to create the perfect Thali! From cauliflower chaat to chickpea & coconut daal, you'll master a variety of techniques and flavour combinations ideal to recreate at home.
