John Hegley: Do Horses Have Teeth, Sir?

Details

John Hegley, the star of radio, TV and school assemblies, returns with a celebratory jamboree chock-full of daft and deft wordplay, sing-along numbers and against all advice, a selection of 'drawings'. Quite a lot of them horses. This new show contains a spattering of favourites, alongside new work. As well as the titular horses, and a selection from the creature back catalogue, there are previously undisclosed diary entries - some from poetry workshops, and one from a visit to a novelty fancy dress disco, attired as a French baroque composer and music theorist. Expect myths, moths, but no mathematics. Audio and visual stimulation. Entertainment. And thought provocation. Devised for adults but not unsuitable for the odd nine-year-old.
