IRISH ANNIE’S – A New Musical Comedy Play With A Live Irish Band Following its hugely successful tour in March 2023. Asa Murphy and Bill Elms Productions are returning in March/April 2024 to tour Irish Annie’s across the UK and Ireland, a perfect show around the St Patricks Day celebrations. Irish Annie’s stars Ricky Tomlinson, Catherine Rice and Asa Murphy. The show is a celebration of Irish culture, from the music to the comedy. Featuring a live 5-piece band The Shenanigans and an additional cast of 5 performers. The show also has a series of special guests coming through the pub door playing themselves. In 2023 Jason Manford, Mick Miller, Sean Styles and Billy Butler have all been additional guest stars. Meet landlady Annie and her regular madcap customers for a fun night out of comedy and music, featuring original tracks written for the show by Asa Murphy, along with your all-time favourite Irish tunes including Brown Eyed Girl, Tell Me Ma, The Wild Rover, Dirty Old Town, Danny Boy and many more. The evening promises to have the audience laughing, singing and dancing the night away. Song sheets also handed out to singalong.
