Holyrood Whisky Distillery Tour

An innovative young distillery in the heart of Edinbugh, on the tour you will learn about the heritage of brewing and distilling in the city - and how that has influenced this distillery in making the whisky of tomorrow. Expertly guided, you will learn how whisky is made, and about both the traditions and innovative new methods in craft distilling employed here at Holyrood. This is a hands-on sensory experience, taking in both our experimental pilot distillery (where we produce our award-winning gin) and whisky distilleries, with opportunities for tasting and nosing throughout.

The tour can be enhanced by adding spirits flight to enjoy at your leisure afterwards, after a full introduction by a member of our passionate team.
