Holyrood Distillery: Whisky Tour and Tasting

The Whisky Tour and Tasting is approximately 60 minutes long, and is led by an expert guide. The experience takes place in the whisky distillery and cask room, where you will be introduced to the world of single malt whisky, but particularly to the process, ingredients and equipment used in Holyrood’s unique approach to single malt whisky production. You will also enjoy 4 unique 'new make' drams and learn about the brewing and distilling heritage of Edinburgh, and its influence on this innovative distillery.
