Hamish McGregor & his Jazzmen play Ball, Barber & Bilk

Edinburgh Clarinettist, Hamish McGregor, gets together with Colin Steele (trumpet), Dave Batchelor (trombone), Ed Kelly (bass), Campbell Normand (piano) Eric Wales (guitar & banjo) and Alastair Morrow (drums) for a special programme of ‘traditional jazz’ music which is a throwback to days you’re probably too young to remember, but too much of a romantic not to idealise. Accessible, feel good, and impossible not to move to, it’s the cool cat’s answer to pop and it's jazz for people who don't like jazz tunes including – ‘Midnight In Moscow’, ‘Samantha’ and ‘King of the Swingers’.
