Half Term Workshop: Sculpture & Drawing (5-8Yrs)

This February half term Fabrica will be running fun and experimental creative art workshops, led by a professional artist facilitator in our large gallery space.

We will start the session by sharing our ideas and building a big sculpture together using found objects at the gallery. Everyone will then create large-scale drawings of their sculpture, exploring ways of looking and observation, focusing in on what we like or find interesting. We will try and test different drawing methods and tools, all in a supportive and guided session.

This workshop is for children aged 5-8yrs at Fabrica, a contemporary art gallery based in a former church.

Complimentary fruit and water provided.

Parents/guardians are able to leave their children on site - take advantage of the surrounding shops and cafes for a well-earned break. If you prefer, you are also welcome to stay on site at Fabrica during the session where hot drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at our in-house charity cafe.
