This will be the fourth time the brilliant Max de Bernadi and Veronia Sbergia have performed at Grateful Freds, and it is fair to say that they are two of Grateful Freds absolute favourite musicians and people.

Veronica and Max passionately play country blues and ragtime, hokum, jug band and rural music from the 20s and 30s.

They like to keep this precious musical heritage alive, faithfully reproducing its original sound whilst playing it with a modern twist.

Using strictly acoustic instruments such as ukulele, washboard, kazoo, resophonic guitars and double bass their passion for this music is perfectly represented on their last CD Old Stories For Modern Times.You will undoubtedly have one of the best evenings of great live acoustic music that you will remember for a long time..
